This cool exhibit at the new(ish) modern and contemporary art gallery in central Cambs, displays over 40 years of work from master print maker and founder of <a href="http://www.theprintstudio.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">The Print Studio</a>, Kip Gresham. Pieces include prints from artistic partnerships with prevalent British and international artists including Elisabeth Frink and Paula Rego. On Wed 3 and Wed 17 Apr, curator of  the show Dr Prerona Prasad is hosting free after hours tours from 6pm,  the first date exploring the history of Screenprinting, the second at  originality and editioning of prints.

I’ve seen these guys a couple of times, once at a festival (I know, I’m wild) and they are definitely worth a watch. The genre blending nine-piece band, think reggae, jazz, ska, bass and dub, are touring to celebrate their new album Lost in Space that was released back in Jan.

This new, quirky show explores the role of technology in modern parent-child relationships (anyone else  have in iPhone obsessed teen?) with a group of gamer/performers between the ages of 10 and 46 enacting different mother-son narratives on the computer game Minecraft, live, in front of an audience. Could be bonkers, could be brilliant.

Artist and illustrator Oliver Jeffers’ picturebook, Here We Are: Notes for Living on Planet Earth sold more than 600,000 copies and became a New York Times and Sunday Times Bestseller, so it’s safe to say it’s a pretty big deal! You can catch Oliver at Cambridge Union this weekend where he’ll be giving a talk about our planet, followed by a signing of his new book The Boy – His stories and how they came to be which includes exclusive sketches and notes from his personal archive.

The museum, found inside Ely’s stunning cathedral, celebrates it’s 40th birthday with free entry for all and a range of family activities running throughout the day: glass painting demos by a professional stained glass artist, gallery and behind-the-scenes tours, crafts and stories (not forgetting the museum’s usual trails, audio guides, light box activities, and discovery bags). 10.30am &#8211;  4.30pm.

Tiny doors have been popping up all over our &#8216;hood courtesy of anonymous art duo <a href="https://www.dinkydoors.co.uk/blog" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Dinky Doors </a>with installations on Market Square and little No. 10 on Downing Street-  why not take a walk and find them all?  This month&#8217;s door has just popped up on Sussex Street, a Wonder Emporium complete with miniature ice cream cone maker and flan dish- cute!

This is well worth travelling to Oxford for (even though it&#8217;s our biggest rival!) Behemoth of the contemporary art world, Jeff Koons is curating his own exhibition in collaboration with Norman Rosenthal. Spanning Koons’ entire career and showcasing seventeen works, most of which have never been shown in the UK before, the show will include his popular series Equilibrium, Statuary, Banality, Antiquity and his recent Gazing Ball sculptures and paintings. To celebrate the Ashmolean&#8217;s exhibit, Koons has created a brand new limited edition print (oooh exclusive!), experimenting with different arty techniques, which you can buy, signed and dated, from the museum.

EXHIBITION: Van Gogh and Britain, Tate Britain, London, Wed 27 Mar &#8211; Tues 27 Aug

This new major exhibition will be the first to explore the artist&#8217;s relationship with Britain and the literature, art and culture that inspired his work. Over 45 works by the artist from public and private collections including Starry Night on the Rhône 1888 from the Musée d’Orsay, Paris, and the rarely loaned Sunflowers 1888 from the National Gallery, London. There’ll also be work by British artist  who were influenced by Van Gogh’s work including Francis Bacon ad David Bomberg.

The whopper <a href="https://www.idealhomeshow.co.uk/">Ideal Home Show</a> rocks up at Olympia London, Fri 22 Mar &#8211; Sun 7 April, with hundreds of free talks, 600 companies and the latest tech. This year the theme is Best of British so expect loads of UK companies. Does anyone else feel a splurge coming on?

Over 250 photographs spanning Don McCullin&#8217;s 6o year career are on display at Tate Britain and include his iconic war images, including Vietnam, Northern Island and Syria, as well as some of his work focussing on poverty in England. You can also see over 100 works by Dorothea Tanning, from her 7 decade career as a surrealist artist, at Tate Modern until Sun 9 Jun.

This exhibit, the largest House of Dior collection ever staged in the UK, has been HUGE- it is sold out but there are a few first-come, first served tickets available from 10am (from the Grand Entrance) and it&#8217;s well worth trying your luck. Or you can see the exhibit by purchasing a membership for the V&amp;A (plus you get loads of added extras like sneak previews, a magazine subscription and access to the members room). The exhibit traces the history of Christian Dior and the six artistic directors who succeeded him and is based on the major exhibition Christian Dior: Couturier du Rêve, organised by the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris, plus there&#8217;s a new section exploring Dior&#8217;s fascination with British culture. A highlight is the Christian Dior dress worn by Princess Margaret for her 21st birthday celebrations, on loan from the Museum of London.
