There’s a chill in the air and the leaves are turning gold, and that can only mean one thing… Christmas is coming and with it a truly magical local event that you won’t want to miss. Nene Park Winter Festival is a real festive treat that will be running this year on 16 selected dates from Saturday 30 November until Christmas Eve and it’s the perfect way to get the whole family into the Christmas spirit.

During December, Ferry Meadows at Nene Park will turn into an enchanted forest filled with magical surprises and festive tingles, including a willow sculpture trail, captivating performances, outdoor cinema screenings under the stars and Christmas activities. There’ll also be a delicious menu of festive food and drink, as well as the chance to pick up some gorgeous gifts and seasonal treats in the Christmas Shop.

And brand new for 2024, in collaboration with the National Literacy Trust in Peterborough, local author and illustrator Ellie Sandall has created an exclusive storybook, inspired by Ferry Meadows’ enchanted forest, as a gift for you to enjoy at home.

Love the sound of of all that? The Winter Festival is running on the following dates: 30 November, 1 December, 5 – 8 December, 12 – 15 December and 19 – 24 December and tickets are £10.50 per person, with free admission for children under 3. Tickets include parking, with entry sessions available at 4pm, 5:30pm, and 7pm.
