As well as four treatment rooms, one of which has double beds incase you fancy a romantic couples’ spa day with your OH, there are more amazing amenities, like the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, an aromatherapy room and Serail Mud Chamber, where you and a friend can spend 45 minutes covered head-to-toe in detoxifying and cleansing mud while relaxing in warm herbal steam. The result? Silky skin and a calmer mind. 

Beauty-wise The Gainsborough Health Club & Spa has everything you need for polished perfection, from gel nails and waxing to tinting, trimming and make-up, guaranteeing you’ll leave looking more rested than when you arrived. And, the icing on the cake? There’s a cute café serving three-tier afternoon teas and Prosecco to really upgrade your spa-ing experience. 

There are loads of tempting packages available, including both signature and seasonal days, couples days and mum-to-be packages. You can also add a nutritious lunch to your spa day and enjoy it in the relaxed dining area or idyllic outside courtyard. 2024 Spa Days

You can’t beat The Gainsborough for amazing value spa days and for Christmas 2024 they’ve launched two brand new spa days:

Tinsel And Tranquility Spa Day is a full spa day for £99pp and includes full use of spa facilities, robe and towel hire, a welcome drink, 50-minute Full Body Massage (with or without hot stones) flowing into a 25 minute facial with scalp massage and light lunch.

Jingle Bell Bliss is a half day and costs £79pp. It includes full use of spa facilities, robe and towel hire, 25-minute Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage with hot stones, welcome drink and Luna Eye Mask.

The spa also has a new facial – the Sublime Skin Rejuvenation Anti-Aging Facial (£95 for 70 minutes) designed to enhance radiance and firmness through a cutting-edge double peel treatment followed by a rejuvenating lifting mask.
