Rose Constantine Smith – women’s nutritionist
Constantly tired? Having mood swings? Struggling with your weight? Looking for some fertility advice? Get in touch with Rose Constantine Smith, an AfN nutritionist specialising in women’s health and menstrual health coaching, based in Suffolk.
If you find yourself constantly trying out different diets, feeling constantly fatigued and struggling to deal with your emotions, then you’re not alone. Women have very specific health and wellbeing needs and it’s not ok to just grin and bear it. But it can be hard to know who to turn to in order to make significant changes. That’s where registered AfN nutritionist Rose Constantine Smith comes in. She specialises in women’s health and menstrual health coaching and is on a mission to support women to feel their best, boost energy levels, balance their hormones and understand how what they eat and how they live can impact how they feel.
Rose, who has been nutritionist for many years, started her business in 2022 after having a baby and took a course in Fertility Awareness in order to help others like her use their monthly cycle as a window to see what is going on elsewhere in their bodies. Rose managed to turn around her own issues in just one month through diet changes alone and has some pretty impressive case studies of women she has already helped.
Her services cover a huge range of women’s health issues including: mood swings, hormonal imbalance, bloating, IBS, fatigue, weight management, PMS/irregular/ heavy/ painful periods, fertility, and menopausal health. And, don’t panic that you’ll be confined to eating chia seeds and kombucha from dawn to dusk – any diet and lifestyle changes are completely manageable.
Rose is based in Suffolk and has three different in-person clinics in Halesworth, Southwold and Woodbridge. Don’t live in this neck of the woods? Don’t worry – all you need is an internet connection and a phone, because Rose also offers virtual coaching. You can choose between one-to-one coaching, a one-off session, or a full programme. Rose can also work with businesses providing workshops on how bosses can help improve productivity and help female colleagues perform better.
Rose’s method is based on the fact that every woman needs a different diet depending on which phase of life they’re in, so you can expect a targeted approach to your particular issues. No question is off limits and you can leave any embarrassment at the door. With Rose’s help you’ll understand the science behind your hormones and monthly cycle and, most importantly, how to manage any issues and make long-lasting changes. You’ll be amazed at how a few small tweaks to your eating habits and lifestyle can give you back your va-va-voom and make every day life feel so much easier and enjoyable.
