<p>Big news for Bury St Edmunds residents &#8211; a brand new <a href="https://www.davidlloyd.co.uk/clubs/bury-st-edmunds/">David Lloyd Club</a> has opened on the smart new Marham Park site and it&#8217;s nothing short of spectacular. We were lucky enough to attend the official launch event, along with Bury St Edmunds Mayor, Councillor Diane Hind, for an exclusive look around the new facilities.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The star of this new Suffolk Club is the 100+ station gym, which will be music to the ears of fitness lovers who enjoy training hard but hate queueing between exercises. As well as all the usual cross trainers and bikes there are also loads of futuristic pieces of equipment that target specific areas of the body, but that also have about a million handles and can scare the hell out of newbies. </p>



<p>Before you make a hasty retreat back to the safety of the running machine though, you&#8217;ll be pleased to hear that David Lloyd Clubs have personal trainers on hand on the gym floor to assist and show you the ropes so you can make the most of it all. The best part? The Intuitive Strength Circuit: your personal workout wizard that tailors every session to your needs and gets sassier as you get stronger. </p>
