Rural Magpie is an absolute treasure trove for people who love a bit of sparkle and collecting beautiful one-off vintage and retro pieces, so that’s pretty much all of us then. Both an online store and fair organiser, Rural Magpie is home to an eclectic mix of fine quality one-off pieces of preloved, modern and vintage finds from homewares, ceramics and glassware to hand-painted and restored furniture, as well as beautiful pieces of costume jewellery. All items have been chosen by owner Karen and the furniture pieces have been lovingly restored and bought back to life. Karen also offers a furniture hand-painting service, and the hire of items for special occasions, such as weddings, parties and corporate events.

If you prefer to delve through treasures in person, Rural Magpie also organises antiques & vintage fairs as well as jewellery fairs to really give your inner magpie something to sing about, which will showcase the work of local artisan jewellery-makers.
