Mark Weeks is a talented chef with a seriously impressive CV. In his 22 years as a chef, he’s worked in six Michelin-starred establishments (including under John Campbell at the Woodspeen in Newbury, Richard Davies at the Manor House in Castle Combe, and Shay Cooper at The Bingham) and has cooked for celebs and famous chefs. The proof is in the pudding though – he created a special dessert for none other than Prince William and Princess Catherine (a rhubarb and vanilla cheesecake) and it was given the royal seal of approval!

Mark has a passion for creating bespoke menus, working with locally sourced products and a belief that it’s the tiny details that make a dish stand out, making him the perfect choice for a private chef who you can trust and work closely with to create a memorable meal. He’s recently relocated to Suffolk to start a family and is happy to travel to private homes, venues, and Air BnBs across Suffolk, Essex and beyond (travel fees will apply). And, if you have a lot of different dietary requirements, fear not – Mark is an expert when it comes to whipping up inspired dishes for veggies, vegans or anyone with intolerances. Treating kids to a gourmet meal? Mark can cater for any fussy eaters or young tastebuds too.

Worried your kitchen’s too small or not well-equipped enough for a top chef? Mark brings his own equipment and is used to working in all manner of spaces. Plus, he’ll make sure your kitchen is left sparkling, with a pro chef-level of clean down when he’s finished.
