All you have to do is quote the code ‘MUDDY’ when you book or before you order. Cheers!
The Rupert Brooke, Grantchester
In Cambridge’s most beautiful village, famous for being the location of choice for TV dramas and novels and for having the highest concentration of Nobel Prize winners, you’ll find the delightful Rupert Brooke. The pub has had had a bit of a renaissance of late with the food taking centre stage. Mains range from pan roasted venison loin to a tofu & portobello mushroom burger, and plenty of veggie, vegan and gluten free options.
The Weeping Willow, Barrow
Behind the closed door of the traditional front of this historic pub in Barrow, you’d have no idea that there was a fabulous modern masterpiece floor-to-ceiling glass restaurant out the back! Clever interiors and architectural design mean the cosy old bar area and the bright spacious restaurant of The Weeping Willow work perfectly together. Mains here include 28 Day Aged Ribeye Steak from the Fogarty oven and seared stone bass as well as vegan options, all washed down nicely with that free glass of bubbly.
The Northgate, Bury St Edmunds
The Northgate’s cool new interiors might look like they’re best enjoyed over a special occasion meal, but this Bury beauty is actually a friendly and easy-going place to kick back and relax over a long weekend lunch for no reason other than you fancied a meal out. Don’t spend too long in the bar though, or you’ll never leave, with an exciting and inventive cocktail list to work through. Mains here include Shimpling Park Farm lamb and Suffolk oyster mushroom braised in red wine, plus a three-course set lunch will only set you back £19!
